AADHIKAR means RIGHTS
It is a trans Asian word. AADHIKAR is a word that is present in many Asian languages and it means the same thing, with only very slight or very minor variations in the applications. Its particular phonetic identity was created and then introduced into the English language and vocabulary in December 1980 by Muhammad Haque while founding the weekly AADHIKAR, published from London on 19 December 1980.
